The “harrowing” moment Kate Middleton had moments before leaving the hospital with Prince George

After Kate Middleton underwent stomach surgery, she was welcomed home to Windsor by her family, having finally departed The London Clinic.

After nearly two weeks at the upscale hospital in central London, the Princess of Wales will now recuperate at the family’s Adelaide Cottage residence.

It was claimed that Kate received an incredible reception from Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, much like the three royal children did upon their birth from the entire nation.

But Kate Middleton experienced more than simply immense happiness upon the birth of Prince George, William and Kate’s eldest child and future monarch. In fact, the princess supposedly feared what would happen when she had to introduce him to the public for the first time.

After her scheduled abdominal surgery, it took Kate Middleton two weeks in the London Clinic before returning home.

She will now recuperate at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, where she lives with Prince William, and spend precious time with their kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

When King Charles departed The London Clinic after treatment for an enlarged prostate, he took the main exit.

It would be difficult for a royal to avoid the attention, but Kate isn’t afraid of it.

Despite this, she seems to have found it “terrifying” at other occasions.

William and Kate’s firstborn son, George, was born in July 2013. The world eagerly awaited the momentous announcement of his birth, not only because the baby was royal but also because he would grow up to be king.

Only hours after Prince George was born, he made his first public appearance in front of a sizable audience outside of the Lindo Wing in Paddington, London. However, Kate described leaving the hospital as “terrifying.”

In her interview on Giovanna Fletcher’s podcast, Happy Mum, Happy Baby, the Princess of Wales was questioned about her experience of welcoming a child into the world, given that she was aware that thousands of people were interested in learning about the birth and seeing the small boy.

Sure, it is a little frightening, but I won’t lie. I prefer to decompartmentalize—I don’t know how to say it—separate everything. She said that she chose to emulate her late mother-in-law Diana by posing with her small bundle of joy on the hospital steps, as reported by the Mirror.

“You know, we’re really grateful for the support that the public had shown us, and actually for us to be able to share that joy and appreciation with the public, I felt was really important.” William and I were both acutely aware that this was something that everyone was excited about.
