We know you’ve been thinking it to yourself so let’s just come out with the truth: It’s perfectly normal to hate on your spouse from time to time. As two different individuals living together, you’re naturally bound to say some tone-deaf things every now and then and like we said, that’s alright.
But there are just some boundaries that no couple should cross; some phrases that ought to be absolute no-no’s, lest you want your marriage to go sour. So here are some things which men hate hearing from their wives. Read them, learn them but never, ever use them!
1. “Nevermind, I’ll just do it myself.”
When you have asked him to do something, let him do it. Men hate this habit when you make faces and say “nevermind, I’ll do it myself”.
2. “You should have known.”
He is a human, there are things which, he may not know.
3. “We Need to talk.”
Be open about things. That’s what men prefer doing a conversation. Saying “we need to talk” leads to a stressful situation.
4. “Pick up after yourself. I’m not your mother.”
He is very well aware of the fact that you are not her mother. Even if you are annoyed, say it in a better way, though. Otherwise, it will surely gonna affect your relationship.
5. “Do you think she’s hot?”
He is very well aware of what you are trying to do. Even if he thinks “she is hot”, he cares about you and loves you. So, don’t do this to him.
6. “Let me be alone”
Husbands hate hearing this kind of excuses. Sharing your feeling with him won’t do any harm.
7. “You’ve put on a few pounds lately, huh?”
Don’t say things which you yourself won’t appreciate, if someone says it to you.
8. Why do you have to be friends with her if you don’t have feelings for her anymore?
And why they can’t be just friends? Big deal?
9. Don’t you know what today is?

10. “You’re going out with the guys again?”
Some space in a relationship is important and hanging out with guys is not a big deal.
