A man was relaxing on a park bench with his dog when the canine suddenly lunged, knocking a cup of scalding hot coffee right out of his hand.
A shocked bystander rushed over and cried, “Oh my goodness! Your dog just spilled your hot coffee!”
The man nodded grimly and immediately began searching through the grass around his feet.
Curious, the woman asked, “What are you looking for?”
“My shoe,” the man muttered.
“Why do you need your shoe?”
“So I can kick him properly.”
