Diner Charges Extra For ‘Stupid Questions’

It is safe to say many of us appreciate having the opportunity to go out to eat. We may save up to go out for one great meal every week or perhaps we may eat out a number of times throughout the week.

We of course also realize that there are going to be differences in the experience we have depending upon where we eat . If we go out to a fancy restaurant, we expect to be pampered and cared for at every moment. If we just eat at a local diner, we expect some good food and not much more.

However, that doesn’t mean that eating at a diner is always going to be without its benefits. Take Tom’s Diner in Denver for example. Not only are they serving good food, they are serving up some great humor as well.

Tom’s Diner is open 24 hours a day and it has been a local favorite for about two decades. Most people who live in the area knew about the restaurant but what majority of people from outside the area didn’t know is that there are some unusual things on the menu!

That is until somebody posted a receipt online. When the people ordered their chicken tenders and mashed potatoes, they were expecting the price but then they also were charged $0.38 for asking a stupid question.

Of course people who saw the receipt online had many questions; while the majority assumed it was fake and questioned if the restaurant was even real.

That was until more pictures came showing the entire menu. It clearly shows the stupid questions charge and its not the only things that make it a fan favorite.

For example, there is a healthy choices section included on the menu. It has some good options, but then it also gives you the option of skipping your next meal. Or walking home which is listed as $Priceless. In truth they are healthy options!

So, if you are ever in the area of Denver, stop by Tom’s Diner and see what’s on the menu. Just don’t be surprised if there is something extra on the receipt!
