Two elderly gentlemen, Fred and Sam, settled into their theater seats for an afternoon movie.
Just minutes after the film started, Sam noticed Fred frantically crawling around on his hands and knees, reaching under the dusty seats in the dark.
“What on earth are you doing down there, Fred?” Sam hissed.
“I dropped my caramel!” Fred whispered back indignantly. “I’m trying to find it.”
“Oh, just forget about it,” Sam scoffed, embarrassed. “It’s covered in floor dirt by now anyway. I’ll buy you a whole new box after the movie.”
Fred looked up in absolute panic and gasped,
“I can’t just leave it, Sam! My teeth are still stuck in it!”
