AT&T’s Lily stops denying and finally confirms what we’ve suspected all along!
Milana Vayntrub made her acting debut in 1995, appearing as a guest in three episodes of the NBC television series ER. She and Stevie Nelson co-founded the YouTube comedy channel Live Prude Girls, where they created countless short comedy routines. Live Prude Girls achieved fame and was ranked 93rd on NewMediaRockstars’ Top 100 Channels list.
Throughout her career, Vayntrub has had minor roles in cinema and television, including performances in Life Happens and Silicon Valley. She has also appeared in multiple comedic videos on CollegeHumor.
Vayntrub played a saleswoman named Lily Adams in a series of AT&T TV advertisements from 2013 to 2016, and she will reprise the role in 2020. She also portrayed Tina Shukshin as a series regular on Paul Feig’s Yahoo! Screen series Other Space in 2015. The following year, she starred in Feig’s Ghostbusters remake, with Neil Casey, Eugene Cordero, Bess Rous, and Karan Soni.
Between 2016 and 2017, Vayntrub played Sloane Sandburg in the television series This Is Us. In July 2017, she was cast as the lead in Freeform’s New Warriors television pilot as Marvel Comics superheroine Squirrel Girl. However, the series did not continue, and despite efforts to find a new network, it was eventually terminated.
Despite this setback, Vayntrub voiced Squirrel Girl in the Marvel Rising franchise and appeared in Marvel’s Squirrel Girl: The Unbeatable Radio Show, a six-episode scripted podcast produced by Marvel and Sirius XM.
In 2017, Vayntrub also played Jill in the Eko interactive online television series That Moment When.
Stay tuned as Vayntrub validates our assumptions in the following video!
