Soupy salad dressing, quick and long-lasting

Ingredients:

  • 15 g salt
  • 15 g granulated vegetable broth
  • 220 g sour cream or cooking cream
  • 220 g white balsamic vinegar
  • 300 g water
  • 50g sugar
  • 350 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 70 g of mustard
  • 250 g of oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • n. B. Herbs (salad)

Preparation

(The recipe can be prepared with or without Thermomix. Instructions for the Thermomix are given in parentheses).

1.Put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable broth in a saucepan and boil over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.

2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 5-8 seconds with the mixer (10 sec./st.5).

3. Bottle the dressing and store it in the refrigerator once it has cooled. Vinegar preserves it and keeps it for a long time. It is excellent with all leafy salads or raw vegetables.

4. The condiment also makes a great souvenir or small homemade gift.
