People find it humorous that a picture of King Charles III and Queen Camilla with Donald and Melania Trump has gone viral on the internet.
During their two-day official visit to the UK, the American president and first lady are visiting Windsor Castle to spend time with the British royal family.
While Melania spent time with Camilla and Kate Middleton, Trump has also turned his focus to politics and met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Chequers today.
But the picture that people can’t stop talking about was shot yesterday, Wednesday, September 17, in the castle’s Green Drawing Room, as the four were looking at objects on display during a visit to the Royal Collection exhibition.
The strange photo shows Melania standing a little distance away from the King and Queen, with her enormous hat obscuring her face, while they are actively exploring the area and speaking with Trump.
With the hat and her all-black ensemble, the First Lady partly blends in with her surroundings, creating a striking impression.
Naturally, admirers of the royal family have flocked to social media to express their opinions about the eye-catching picture, which has swiftly gained widespread popularity.
To date, she has been likened to Beyoncé, a lamp, a coat rack, a spy, and everything in between.
One user posted the photo to Reddit with the comment, “Why is Melania standing there like a fashionable grim reaper?”
A second added: “So accurate. I didn’t even realise it was a person until I spotted the hands!”
While a third commented: “I was thinking I was crazy and everyone was in on some secret that I didn’t understand because I really didn’t see the lurking shadow in the corner until I read the comments and zoomed in on the picture.”
Others hilariously chimed in with “She looks like a lamp” and “My first thought was a robot in off-mode.”
Another person likened her to “Beyoncé in that one part of Formation,” which has actually been said before because Melania is known to love huge hats.
“It took me a minute to see her,” pointed out another Redditor, while someone else added: “She looks like 3 raccoons in a trench coat.”
Understandably, people are finding the photo hysterical, with someone writing: “Actually hilarious how ridiculous this looks” and another adding: “I burst out laughing because it really is so ridiculous.”

This comes after Melania and Camilla visited the Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House at Windsor Castle earlier today.
After that, she and the Princess of Wales went on a combined visit to meet with twenty Squirrel Scouts who were completing nature-based activities to obtain their Go Wild badges.
For the kids, who were between the ages of four and five, Kate also prepared a special packed lunch that included sandwiches cooked with honey from her Norfolk home, Anmer Hall.
